Portraits Gallery

These are portraits of real people who wished to portray themselves in their own self-image. Each portrait is an anonymous and fantastic reflection of an inner persona, alter ego, or hidden emotions and experiences. Thanks to all who braved my probing insight and opened their souls and secrets for my work. If you look at the larger version of each portrait, you will see the complex imagery that surrounds the visages of these individuals, and puts them into their self-perceived contexts; each portrait contains subtle imagery of their true or perceived personalities, characters, experiences or desires, hidden behind a facade that is more acceptable to society, or which they choose to ignore or embrace.
